If I become employed by Enamel Dentistry, I understand that any false or misleading information I’ve provided in the application or during the interview may result in my termination. Enamel Dentistry is an at-will company. As such, I understand that I or Enamel Dentistry may terminate my employment at any time and for any reason in line with federal and state laws. I authorize Enamel Dentistry to conduct a thorough background check, including work history, personal history, and the information provided in my application and interview. I also authorize all individuals, schools, or previous employers to provide the requested information. With these authorizations, I hereby release Enamel dentistry, its representatives, and all individuals providing the requested information from any liability that could result from the investigation.
